Cumbrian Lakes is a quiet, gated resort but is still very convenient for all the Kissimmee activities – a 24 hour Wal-Mart, lots of other shops, restaurants and entertainment.

We are 10-12 minutes from Disney World using quieter roads. Seaworld and International Drive are 15 minutes away and we are 10 minutes from Downtown Disney and Celebration. Universal Studios and Downtown Orlando are also a short drive from the villa.

Cumbrian Lakes is on Poinciana Boulevard, an easy journey from both Orlando International and Sanford Airports. The Atlantic coast is an hour away whilst Tampa and the Gulf Coast beaches are approximately 90 minutes drive.
